Aujourd’hui la journée a commencé très tôt…nous étions dans les Zodiacs à 6 h 15, pour une session de photos…en après-midi nous avons la chance de retourner à l’eau pour faire du snorkeling…je dois dire que même si j’en avais jamais fait auparavant j’en ai pris le goût…j’étais un peu inquiet quand les requins entouraient le bateau sur l’heure du diner…mais j’en ai pas vu lorsque j’étais à l’eau….le problème c’est que tout le monde voulait en voir…ouffff!...je ne crois pas que mon sherpa avait amené son harpon...tu penserais que quand tu n’as qu’une pièce d’équipement à t’occuper que tu ne l’oublierais pas…et non…de toute façon je ne sais pas ce qui est le plus dangereux…un requin ou un sherpa pas de bonnes humeurs portant un harpon…voilà la question!
En fin d’après-midi, on a pu assister à un mariage sur le navire…en fin de soirée, les gens qui avaient des ordinateurs portables pouvaient faire jouer des diaporamas des photos de leur excursion…c’est pour ça que mon billet est publié un peu plus tard qu’à l’habitude. Vendredi, c’est notre dernière journée d’excursion…samedi nous partons vers le Pérou.
Je ferai relâche ce soir car je dois faire mes valises...J'espère pouvoir recommencer à publier Samedi soir à Lima
Today, we started early…in th Zodiacs by 6 :15 AM for a photo session…in the afternoon, we went snorkeling…I must say I was somewhat apprehensive when we saw the sharks circling the ship at lunch time…but I didn’t see any when I was in the water…I found it strange that everyone in the group wanted to see sharks…ouffff!...don’t think that my Sherpa had brought the harpoon with her…you would think that when you only have one piece of equipment to worry about, you would remember…anyway I’m not sure what is the most dangerous, a shark or a pissed Sherpa carrying a harpoon…that is the question!
We ended the afternoon with a wedding on the ship...In the evening, folks that had brought their laptops had the opportunity to show their best shots of the week...That's why I'm posting later...did have time to post last night...Friday is our last expedition day in the Galapgos, we have flying to Peru on Saturday...
I will be taking a break tonite as I have to pack my luggage for Saturday's departure...Hopefully I can catch up with all of you in Lima on Saturday.
