Une bonne journée aujourd'hui...un tour guidé exceptionnel de la ville de Guayaquil...Nous avons marché tout le long de la promenade qui suit la rivière...quel endroit!...le canal Rideau pourrait suivre l'exemple...la promenade comprend aussi le Jardin botanique...quel spectacle...après la promenade, une marche à travers un ancien bidonville rénové...un après-midi qui en valait la peine...
Puis la pièce de résistance, une réunion avec nos valises...quelle façon de finir la journée...wow...l'histoire de la réunion à plus tard.
A great day today...took a guided tour of Guayaquil...walked along the boardwalk recently built...The Rideau Canal could use a few lessons. The promenade brings you across the city's botanical gardens...what a treat...then a walk across the an old shanty town recently renovated...a very enjoyable afternoon...plus, it was 30 celsius...
And then the cherry on the sundae...a happy reunion with our luggage...could not have ended better...and on top of that I get an extra day with clean clothes...woo hoo...the story of the reunion to come later...
