Un billet assez léger ce soir…nous avons un réveil à 4 h demain matin car nous prenons l’avion très tôt pour retourner à Lima…aujourd’hui, la journée n’a pas été trop longue…nous avons visité quelques sites ce matin…un de ces sites était une cathédrale qui avait des allures de la basilique St-Pierre à Rome…beaucoup de richesse, beaucoup trop d’or à mon goût…le sherpa travaillait encore…nous sommes à plus de 11,000 pieds d’altitude, ce qui supporte ma théorie du sherpa de montagne versus le sherpa de mer…je publierai un peu plus de détails sur Cusco demain…
A short entry tonight…we have a wakeup call for 4 AM tomorrow morning…we have a real early flight for our return to Lima…today, we had a short day…we visited a few sites this morning…one of these sites was a cathedral which had a the feel of St-Peter’s Cathedral in Rome…a lot of wealth and a bit too much gold in my opinion…the Sherpa is still active…we are at more than 11,000 feet of elevation, which supports my theory about mountain versus sea level Sherpa…I will publish more about Cusco and the area tomorrow…
