Points d'intérêts - Galapagos et Machu Picchu

L'aventure débutera en Équateur, le pays, où nous prendrons l'avion pour nous rendre aux Îles Galapagos. De là, nous embarquerons sur le National Geographic Endeavour pour visiter les îles...Une fois notre croisière complétée, nous nous dirigerons vers le Pérou pour visiter les ruines de Machu Picchu. The adventure will start in Ecuador where we will leave the mainland to fly to the Galapagos Islands and embark on the National Geographic Endeavour...Once our visit of the Galapagos is over, we will head to Peru where we will have a chance to explore the ruins of Machu Picchu...Following are a few links to areas of interest of the regions we will be visiting:

Le temps est venu - It's that time again

Salut tout le monde,

Eh oui, le temps est venu de commencer la planification pour notre prochaine excursion. Pour 2010, nous avons choisi une destination riche en opportunité pour la photographie. Monique et moi avons planifié de visiter les îles Galapagos et Machu Picchu au mois de mai. Nous voyagerons sur le National Geograhic Endeavour, le même bateau sur lequel nous étions en Antarctique. De plus, nous habiterons la même cabine: #216. Je connais tous les bruits de cette cabine, donc je dormirai très bien avec le roulement des vagues. J'ai aussi appris il y a quelques semaines que Tim Laman, le photographe du National Geographic, qui nous accompagnait en Antarctique sera aussi de la partie sur cette excursion...Il se peut que Mike Nolan, une autre superbe photographe qui était avec nous en Antarctique, nous accompagne aussi aux îles Galapagos. Ça devrait être pas mal le fun...

It's time to start planning the next trip...Again I'm lucky enough to be able to pick a target rich location for photography. Monique and I are heading to the Galapagos and Machu Picchu in May 2010. In the Galapagos, we will be cruising on the National Geographic Endeavour, the same ship we traveled on in Antarctica in February. We were able to book the same cabin: 216...I am very familiar with that cabin, so I will sleep well with the rolling of the waves. I also found out a few weeks ago that Tim Laman, the National Geographic photographer that was on the Antarctica cuise with us, will also be on the Galapagos expedition...There is a strong possibility that Mike Nolan, another extremely talented photographer that was on the Antarctica cruise, might also be on the ship...Should be fun!!!
